In TYR, quality is our top priority.

We always ensure that every item is in best condition before we serve it to our valued customers.

If defects were noticed after you received the product, you can follow the general rules and conditions for our returns*

RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. TYR allows a 7-day return on products purchased from the website. Your return option will be:

 

  1. A refund to your original payment through store voucher.

 

  1. We will need necessary documents and information to process your return. There are also some general rules that govern all return or exchange requests, these are:
  • The item should be returned within 7 days upon receipt of the item.
  • All customers making a return or exchange request must fill out a
    Return Request.
  • The Return Slip (printed copy included in your parcel) and the complete product packaging should be in order and must be submitted along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

The product was defective.

  1. To process your return, contact sales@tyr.com.ph and state all the necessary information regarding the product and your reason for return. The TYR Customer Service Representative will give you a Return Request Form;

 

  1. Return the item by sending a Return Request Form;

 

  1. In your return request, please ensure to indicate the reason for the return and attach photos of the item/s to be returned;
  2. Upon receipt of the request, a TYR Customer Service Representative will evaluate your Return Request and will inform you if you qualify for:
    1. an online store voucher

 

  1. To proceed with returns, our TYR Customer Service Representative will provide you with the following option on how to return your order:

 

5.1 Deliver it Via LBC

 

  1. Take the package to nearest LBC
  2. Deliver the Package to:
  • TYR Philippines
  • 10 P. Antonio St., Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City, Metro Manila
  • 651-7777 loc. 851
    1. Please print the return form and include it on your package.
    2. Keep yourself a copy of your order number and return number.
  1. For return online, note that the 7-14 days processing time will commence upon our receipt of the returned item. You will be issued an online store voucher.

 

  1. Return status: For returns made via courier, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Customer may track the status of their package via the tracking.acommerce.asia, or you may send an email thru (sales@tyr.com.ph) for updates.

 

The table below outlines the type of returns allowed by the return policy and the general condition that the items must be returned in by the customer, in order for the return to be considered valid. The fulfillment centers have 5 business days upon return of the item to the warehouse to assess if the returned item meets the return conditions specified in the table below.

Items returned to the warehouse that do not meet the conditions listed below will not be eligible for a customer refund and the delivery costs will not be refunded.

A few more notes:

  • TYR reserves the right to withhold any refunds until the original items have been received by our warehouse.
  • Shipping feesare non-refundable.
  • Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete. Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will forfeit the return.
  • We don’t do exchange of products.
  • Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
  • Vouchers can only be used in our online store/TYR Website and not in physical stores.
